Our office staff works closely with our physicians to coordinate patient care.  Office Manager Sheila Dowd oversees our day-to-day operations, ensuring that the office is responsive to your needs.

The front desk staff allows us to keep track of our patients before and after their office visit.   They schedule appointments and work with you to schedule diagnostic tests such as MRIs, CT scans and nerve studies.  The front desk triages telephone calls during the day, and arranges our providers' schedule so urgent visits can be accommodated.  They also help arrange for medications requests to be filled. Their goal is to get you the care you need.

Our surgical schedulers, Carol Poole, RN and Joanne Beliveau help guide our patients through the necessary steps before and after surgery.  These include preoperative testing and clearance, as well as any postoperative follow-up care.

Our radiology technologists, under the direction of Judy McColgan obtain digital x-rays in the office.  These images are stored on our computer system, so they are always easily accessible to the physicians.

Orthopaedic technicians Mike Cacciola and Kellie Webster are in charge of casting, splinting and fitting for durable medical equipment. They help with the dressing, casting and bracing of injuries and operative wounds.
