Office hours
9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday – Friday
Physicians' divide their time between the office and operating room.  As a result, not all physicians are in the the office at all times.

Scheduling appointments
Call our office during business hours at (603) 898-2244, or schedule a follow-up appointment as you leave our office.
We know that your time is important, and we strive to see you at the time your appointment is scheduled.  Due to the complexity and unpredictability of some of our patients' problems, unavoidable delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding at these times.

Canceling an appointment
If you must cancel an office appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance, so that we may accommodate another patient.

Emergencies
A physician is on call 24 hours a day. When the office is closed, our answering service will take a message and contact the physician if necessary. If you have an emergency that requires immediate medical attention, call 911. You may also go to the emergency room at Holy Family Hospital and tell them that you wish to receive treatment from one of our physicians.

Medical records
Please bring any medical records, lab results, x-rays or other medical imaging related to the condition for which you are seeking treatment. Please note that for imaging studies including x-rays, CT scans and MRIs we need to see the actual images, not just the report. You should arrange to bring a CD or a copy of the films to the office.
To make sure that we have copies of all pertinent information at the time of your visit, make sure you have a copy of the information with you. When you ask another health provider's office to forward information to us, we may not receive it in time for your visit.

Prescriptions and medication renewals
Please  call our office for prescriptions or renewals before noon Monday-Thursday. We do not renew narcotic medication prescriptions after hours.

Fees and payments
Our fees vary, depending upon the service provided. A list of physician fees for initial office visits is available at our office. Charges for x-rays and other services or materials  are in addition to the physician fees. A list of these fees is also available. We require any co-payments and payment for services not covered by your insurance to be paid at the time of your visit.  We accept cash, check, Visa,  MasterCard and American Express.  If you anticipate difficulty making your payments, please contact our billing department to discuss a payment plan.

Insurance (click here for accepted insurance carriers)‏
Please have your insurance information available when you come for your first visit or whenever there is a change in your insurance information . If your insurance requires that you have a referral form from your primary care physician, you must present it at your appointment. If you do not have this form, your evaluation may be delayed, and you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Your insurance may cover only a portion of the physician's fee. You are responsible for the balance not paid by your insurance company. The amount of your responsibility is determined by your insurance carrier.

Motor vehicle accidents
Full payment is due at the time of service. We will bill only your personal auto liability insurance for care rendered to you as a result of an automobile accident. You are responsible for all charges incurred for treatment of you regardless of any claim or legal action pending.
