Office hours
9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday – FridayPhysicians divide their time between the office and operating room. As a result, not all physicians are in the the office at all times.
Scheduling appointments
Call our office during business hours at (603) 898-2244, or schedule a follow-up appointment as you leave our office or you can use our online Request an Appointment form.
We know that your time is important, and we strive to see you at the time your appointment is scheduled. Due to the complexity and unpredictability of some of our patients' problems, unavoidable delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding at these times.
Canceling an appointment
If you must cancel an office appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance so that we can accommodate another patient.Emergencies
A physician is on call 24 hours a day. When the office is closed, our answering service will take a message and contact the physician if necessary. If you have an emergency that requires immediate medical attention, call 911. You may also go to the emergency room at Holy Family Hospital and tell them that you wish to receive treatment from one of our physicians.Hospital affiliation

Medical records
Please bring any medical records, lab results, X-rays or other medical imaging related to the condition for which you are seeking treatment. Please note that for imaging studies including X-rays, CT scans and MRIs, we need to see the actual images, not just the report. You should arrange to bring a CD or a copy of the films to the office.
To be sure that we have copies of all pertinent information at the time of your visit, make sure you have a copy of the information with you. When you ask another health provider's office to forward information to us, we may not receive it in time for your visit.

Prescriptions & medication renewals
Please call our office for prescriptions or renewals before noon Monday throughThursday. We do not renew narcotic medication prescriptions after-hours.Fees & payments
Our fees vary, depending upon the service provided. A list of physician fees for initial office visits is available at our office. Charges for X-rays and other services or materials are in addition to the physician fees. A list of these fees is also available. We require any co-payments and payment for services not covered by your insurance to be paid at the time of your visit. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you anticipate difficulty making your payments, please contact our billing department to discuss a payment plan.Insurance
Please have your insurance information available when you come for your first visit or whenever there is a change in your insurance information. If your insurance requires that you have a referral form from your primary-care physician, you must present it at your appointment. If you do not have this form, your evaluation may be delayed, and you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Your insurance may cover only a portion of the physician fee. You are responsible for the balance not paid by your insurance company. The amount of your responsibility is determined by your insurance carrier.
Motor vehicle accidents
Full payment is due at the time of service. We will bill only your personal auto liability insurance for care rendered to you as a result of an automobile accident. You are responsible for all charges incurred for your treatment regardless of any claim or legal action pending.Workers’ Compensation
If you have Workers’ Compensation coverage, you should bring a confirmation letter or authorization form from your insurance carrier. This authorization is not required for emergency visits. You may be required to complete an additional form when you arrive.
Our staff is friendly and always ready to help with scheduling, insurance or anything else you may need during your time with us. Our doctors and therapists will take extra care to listen to your concerns, answer all your questions and thoroughly explain your condition and treatment options.
