Physicians’ divide their time between the office and operating room. As a result, not all physicians are in the the office at all times.
Call our office during business hours at (603) 898-2244, or schedule a follow-up appointment as you leave our office.
We know that your time is important, and we strive to see you at the time your appointment is scheduled. Due to the complexity and unpredictability of some of our patients’ problems, unavoidable delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding at these times.
Cancelling an appointment
If you must cancel an office appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance, so that we may accommodate another patient.
A physician is on call 24 hours a day. When the office is closed, our answering service will take a message and contact the physician if necessary. If you have an emergency that requires immediate medical attention, call 911. You may also go to the emergency room at Holy Family Hospital and tell them that you wish to receive treatment from one of our physicians.
Surgery Center Affiliations
Please bring any medical records, lab results, x-rays or other medical imaging related to the condition for which you are seeking treatment. Please note that for imaging studies including x-rays, CT scans and MRIs we need to see the actual images, not just the report. You should arrange to bring a CD or a copy of the films to the office.
To make sure that we have copies of all pertinent information at the time of your visit, make sure you have a copy of the information with you. When you ask another health provider’s office to forward information to us, we may not receive it in time for your visit.
Prescriptions and Medication Renewals
Please call our office for prescriptions or renewals before noon Monday-Thursday. We do not renew narcotic medication prescriptions after hours.
