Jeffrey Kamuda, PT
Jeffrey Kamuda, PT, graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, in 1995, with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy and joined Optima Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation in 2008 as a full-time physical therapist and Director of Rehabilitation Services. He is responsible for all aspects of the physical and occupational clinic, including oversight of the practice as well as treatment of patients.
Jeff has extensive experience, having served as a team leader and director at a rehabilitation facility, a clinic manager and a staff physical therapist prior to joining Optima Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation. Always wanting to be at the forefront of therapies, he has undertaken continued education, attending knee and shoulder courses, sports specific training courses, the McKenzie Lumbar Course, assessment and treatment of shoulder and knee courses and an annual sports conference on Martha’s Vineyard. He has demonstrated expert skill levels in diagnostic assessment, treatment techniques and patient communication and relationships, all while promoting wellbeing throughout case management. Jeff is a sought after lecturer, speaking on the topic of the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of the injured shoulder as well as other topic areas.
When not assisting patients, Jeff enjoys sports, outdoor recreation, weight training, hunting, fishing and woodworking.
